Challenge
The problem at the plant
The mill tracked roller speed, load and imbibition outside the maintenance flow. Imbibition-motor lubrication did not spawn a work order on its own.
Solution
How Viziodata came in
The intake and milling dashboard shows rollers, NIR, juices and bagasse. Route PL-2026-0001 generates OS-2026-0034, with POLYREX grease on the LA and LOA bearings. The printed sheet carries the QR Code. The shift also has an imbibition report and a round form.
